Golf Cart/UTV Permits

Golf carts, UTV's and ATV's are allowed to operate on the streets of Belle Plaine as long as they obtain a permit and are registered with the city. To get your golf cart/UTV/ATV permit you will need to complete a registration form at City Hall and provide insurance information.  The annual permit (good from January through December) for golf carts costs $7.50 per year.
