Care Initiatives Hospice Volunteers Needed
Be a friend to someone at the end of their life
Care Initiatives Hospice is looking for local volunteers to visit patients in the Belle Plaine area that are living with a terminal illness. You’ll bring your presence and companionship to patients and their families in a long-term care setting or their home.
You can volunteer 1-3 times a month for just 30 minutes to an hour at a time. You must be 18 years old or older and complete a background check and an hour and a half of training.
