Water/Wastewater Treatment Operator
The City of Belle Plaine, Iowa (population 2,330) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Water/Wastewater Treatment Operator. Iowa DNR certifications in the following areas are required: Water Treatment Operator Grade II, Distribution Operator Grade II, and Wastewater Treatment Operator Grade III. Experience in heavy equipment operation, dump truck, vacuum trailer, sewer jetter, and snow removal preferred. Must possess or promptly attain and maintain a Class-B CDL with IDOT. Salary DOQ. Full-Time & Part-Time Police Officer
When fully staffed, officers work a 12-hour shift schedule. We prefer applicants who are already certified officers but will consider the right person if not ILEA certified.
