Text-Em-All is a free Community Information Service that is dedicated to helping people stay connected with the information that is most important to them and their family. With Text-Em-All you will receive a text message from the City of Belle Plaine for snow emergencies, delays in garbage pickup, etc. To sign up just text JOIN TEXT to 319-444-2200; or call City Hall directly at 319-444-2200 and give us your phone number and we can set it up for you.

Don't use text messaging? No problem; call City Hall and we can set you up to have voice notification sent to your home phone.
